How We Started

Fortis General Construction (License No. 1033688) was founded with one goal in mind.  To build new single-family homes that would enhance the communities they built in with a construction ethos that had a foundation in excellence and a commitment to homeowner satisfaction.  The homes would fit the needs of the rapidly burgeoning California communities, where individuals and families were looking to invest and root themselves in construction that was both superior in quality, practical in function, and appealing in aesthetic. By combining the best building and eco-friendly practices with a detail oriented and client conscious design, an FGCHome is a testament to this vision.  Each FGC Home is constructed with pride and care and designed with the homeowner's needs in mind.  Simply put, an FGC Home raises the bar, just as our communities are doing everyday.
